1) Is your site secure?
We use Paypal as our payment processing merchant you pay on a secure, PayPal-hosted page.

2) What payment method do I use?
If you already have a Paypal account, you can login and send payment directly. If you do not have a PayPal account, don’t worry, our PayPal shopping cart accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. It’s easy!

3) What “billed by” name will appear on my Credit Card statement or PayPal invoice?
“REEKYSTREAK” will appear on your credit card statement.

4) When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday through Friday except on Holidays. We do not ship on weekends. We are dedicated to getting you into your tighty whities as soon as possible, so we make every effort to make sure your order is sent in a timely matter.

5) What are my shipping costs?
During your checkout process on PayPal.com, you will see your exact shipping charges based on what you’ve purchased. Reeky-Streakies.com makes every effort to keep our shipping costs low.

Transit Time : 3 to 7 Business Days for Domestic orders
International Transit Time: 10 to 14 Business Days for International orders

6) What is your return policy?

We stand behind every pair of tighty whities we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase, feel free to return any UNOPENED item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Shopping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please write your order/invoice number on the outside of the package and submit a copy of the order invoice inside the package.

It’s probably a good idea to return your item with a reputable shipper, and suggest getting a tracking number (insurance) in case your returned item gets lost in transit.

Be sure the item is UNOPENED & UNWORN, nobody wants to receive used underwear in the mail.

Items received after 30 days will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

7) How do I change an existing order?
If you have placed your order, call customer service immediately at 360.566.2896 during regular business hours (8am to 5pm PST Mon – Fri) or send a detailed email from our Contact Us page and we will try our best to work with you to make the necessary changes. You must provide your Paypal order number and/or name used for billing.

*Please note: in some cases it may not be possible to change items in an existing order. Some orders may be processed immediately after it is placed and therefore can not be changed.
